Free time to enjoy the city. At acording time you will receive your rental car (GPS, automatic, category K) at the hotel to begin your route through the cellars of Ribera del Duero: You have to drive to Gumiel de Mercado (Burgos) (2 hours and 10 minutes). On the way, just 1 hour from Madrid you find the village Buitrago del Lozoya. It’s really nice place to stop, crossing cultures, Arabs, Christians and Jews lived together in Buitrago. On the streets you find the time signals over the story from the walled town, its gothic church and the castle of Mendoza.

Winery tour “Real Sitio de Ventosilla“: Visit to the winery will be in 4x4 Jeep vineyards with tasting two of their best wines. The vineyard has 520 acres. 90% of the crop is Tinta Fina (Tempranillo), 7% is Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% is Merlot. The vineyards are located in a natural environment with native forest of oaks and junipers, and surrounded by wildlife species of great value, which wanted to preserve varieties of Tinto Fino in Ribera del Duero by removing clones of strains over 90 years in danger of extinction.
