The cathedral of Palm has as the Asunción de Maria titles. It is a cathedral of Gothic Levantine style. The cathedral appears to the sea on the Arabic walls that were protecting the city, being the only Gothic cathedral that expires with this peculiarity.
It is a question of the cathedral with the major rosette of the Gothic world and one of those of major height of the ship between those of Gothic style Europeans.
Then on to the Castillo de Bellver, built in the 14th century also in the Gothic style on the top of a hill 112 metres high.
The castle of Bellver is a castle of Gothic style of beginning of the 14th century placed to approximately three kilometres to the southwest of the city of Palma, on a mount of 112 m. It has conference panoramic on the city, its principal port, Tramuntana's Saw and the downtown. Together with Restormel's castle (Cornwall) and Michelstetten's castle (Lowers Austria) it is one of three unique European castles of circular plant (floor), being in addition the most ancient.
From here, there are panoramic views of Palma and the port, the Sierra de Tremonton, the mountain range that runs along the west coast, and the central plain of Majorca.
