Itinerary:

MADRID

DAY 1:

Arrival and accommodation at the chosen hotel on a bed and breakfast basis.

Rest of the day off; see the city on your own.

DAY 2:

WALKING TOUR HISTORIC MADRID WITH PRIVATE VISIT TO “PALACIO REAL”

Duration: 2 hr. and a half.

Meeting point: At 10.00 a.m. at your hotel, where your guide will be waiting you and where your tour begins.

Description: Palacio Real, also called East Palace, is the official residence of the Spanish King and Queen although nowadays the King uses it only for official State ceremonies, in fact The Royal Family resides in the Palacio de la Zarzuela.

The last monarch who lived in the Palace was Alfonso XIII and the last head of State who inhabited it regularly was Manuel Azaña.

Private rooms used by this King have been long left and are now under restorations. Found in the so-called “Ala de San Gil”.

During the whole tour you will be accompanied by an official guide of tourism of Madrid.
